Codemasters, along with Electronic Arts, continue with the annual saga licensed by Formula 1. This F1 24 promises changes compared to the previous saga, F1 23, which has caused quite a stir.
Although it's a teaser trailer and doesn't really reveal much, there have been rumors of a physics engine change to Unreal, but I'm afraid it still uses the EGO engine they've used in previous installments. The trailer repeatedly mentions "Be one of the 20," giving us a hint about the new career mode it will feature.
Be one of the 20 with EA SPORTS™ F1® 24, the official video game of the 2024 FIA Formula One World Championship™. Unleash your winning spirit to become a legend in F1® Career Mode, the first major update to this mode since 2016. Drive like the best and achieve perfect synchronization with your car thanks to the new EA SPORTS Dynamic Handling system. Ignite your passion by connecting with your favorite teams and drivers and prove you have what it takes in the new modes and experiences.
According to the developers of F1 24 themselves, their new career mode will allow us to race as any driver on the grid, as well as F2 drivers and icons. In other words, we could play the career mode as Michael Schumacher.
