The impact that CAMMUS had with its C5 was not by chance. This direct drive steering wheel style came to revolutionize the market with a powerful base, but "invisible" to the eye, as it was embedded within the wheel itself. Now, the Chinese brand has released the successor to this steering wheel with its new CAMMUS C12.
This new steering wheel, as its name suggests, has a maximum torque of 12 Nm of force, which could be directly compared to a MOZA R12 priced at approximately €600. The wheel diameter has increased to a total of 30cm, with over 14 buttons, rev lights, a display, and a rotation angle of 2520º lock to lock.
At the price of only €500 for the wheel and base alone, it is undoubtedly a clear competitor in the SimRacing and Direct Drive market. Although we currently lack details, we are eager to learn more about this distinctive product that will surely make waves.
